Find your calm and support your well-being with weekly Chair Yoga sessions every Thursday through December (excluding Christmas). Led by professional yogi Xiaomin Cai, this gentle, seated practice focuses on mindful movements and stretches that help restore energy flow and improve circulation and strength. Perfect for all levels and abilities.
