municipal buildingHarrison Township Municipal Building 114 Bridgeton Pike Mullica Hill, NJ 08062 Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Township Administrator is the Chief Administrative Officer of the township.  The Township Administrator is appointed by majority vote of the township committee and holds the office under the powers of the committee responsible for proper and efficient administration of the business affairs of the township and coordinates all business activities of all municipal departments.  All municipal departments, except where expressly prohibited by law, are subjected to the direct supervision of the Township Administrator.  The Township Administrator serves as the Personnel Officer and is responsible for the preparation of the municipal budget and the publication of all township communications.  In Harrison Township, the Township Administrator also serves as the TRICO Joint Insurance Fund Commissioner.  TRICO JIF provides guidance so that municipal functions and events can be conducted with less risk of injury to residents and employees. The role of the Deputy Township Administrator is to assist the Township Administrator and offer leadership to all employees.  In addition, support all roles of the Administrator and through leadership help manage departments and services provided to our residents.
