Dear Fellow Residents,
This Sunday, families worldwide celebrate Mother’s Day. Whether with flowers, gifts, or family meals, it’s a time to show appreciation for the remarkable women who serve as the pillars of our families with their tireless love, strength, and wisdom.
As we celebrate Mother’s Day, I invite you and your family to our Main Street for a festive Mother’s Day weekend, filled with fun activities and events.
This Saturday, 10 am to 5 pm, the weekend kickoffs with the Mullica Hill Arts & Craft Festival. This annual event showcases the talents of local artists and crafters along with live music, culinary delights, and family activities. It’s the perfect opportunity to find a unique gift for Mom.
The festivities continue Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm, with a spring stroll down Main Street. Our local merchants are rolling out the red carpet for Mom (and loved ones) with family-friendly activities, food trucks, exclusive sales, and giveaways. Thank you to the Mullica Hill Business Association for hosting this wonderful weekend of celebration.
On behalf of Deputy Mayor Lawrence Moore, Committeewoman Michelle Powell, and Committeemen Jeff Jacques and Kevin French, I wish all the Mothers in Harrison Township a day filled with love, joy, and cherished memories. Happy Mother’s Day!
Together for Harrison Township,
Lou Manzo
Your Mayor
