The Recreation Commission hosts its annual Scarecrow Making event on the Saturday of the Fall Festival. This family-friendly activity provides everything you need—clothes, hay, and more—to craft your own scarecrow. The cost is $25 per scarecrow. In case of rain, the event will be held on Sunday, October 13.
