Active adults are invited to join Chair Yoga! This class is ideal for all fitness levels and is led by a certified yoga instructor. Using a chair for support, you’ll improve flexibility, balance, and strength while relieving stress. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll enjoy a welcoming environment that promotes both physical and mental well-being.
Classes are held every Tuesday, with a cost of just $5 per session. Come move, stretch, and breathe in a safe and supportive space!
