How to book your reservation

(Please note: We will be in touch within 48-72 hours after receiving your form)

• 1. Go to https://www.travelclubfc.com/reservation-form.html to complete a reservation form. This is the direct link for your convenience. One reservation form is required per cabin. All guests staying in a cabin together can be on the same form.
  2. Please complete your names EXACTLY as they appear on your passports.
  3. Travel Insurance: This is optional but highly recommended. Pricing is based on your gross package price per person. For insurance everyone sharing a room must have it. Insurance should be added and paid for at the time of your deposit for all available coverage.
  4. Transportation to/from the airport and to/from the port is an additional cost. Please let us know if you will be needing transfers at the time of booking.
  5. To confirm your reservation, we must apply your $500 per cabin deposit ($50 per person is non-refundable). The deposit will go towards your room balance. Travel Insurance costs will be due at the time of deposit.
  6. You must have a valid passport to travel out of the country. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months AFTER your return travel date. 
  7. Unaccompanied minors – Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by both parents. If both parents are not travelling, you must have a notarized letter from the absent parent authorizing the child to be able to leave the country.
