A New Year’s Message from Mayor Wingate

Leadership Messages

Dear Neighbor,

As we welcome the New Year, we are given an opportunity to reflect on the past year with gratitude and to look ahead with optimism and purpose.

Over the past year, Harrison Township has thrived and the Committee remains firmly committed to serving and supporting our residents. This commitment guides every decision we make and every challenge we face. I look forward to the year ahead with confidence, focus, and a shared sense of purpose as we continue working on behalf of our community.

In 2026, we welcome Committeewoman Michelle Powell. We are fortunate to have Michelle return with valuable experience, having previously served on the Committee. Committeeman Jeff Jacques will also continue his service following his reelection. Jeff has been a thoughtful collaborator, and I look forward to continuing our work together.

To outgoing Deputy Mayor Lawrence Moore, I know I speak for the entire community when I express our deepest gratitude. Thank you for all you have done to help shape and strengthen our township. Lawrence’s service and commitment to Harrison Township have been invaluable.

I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to our municipal team members, department heads, and local businesses. Through your hard work, dedication, and contributions, you are an essential part of our community and help make this town a special place to live, work, and raise a family.

To our residents, thank you for your trust, your engagement, and the opportunity to serve this community.

Together with my fellow committee members, Deputy Mayor Lawrence Moore and Committeemen Jeff Jacques, Kevin French, and TJ Coakley, I wish you and your family a happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year.

Warm regards,
Adam Wingate
Mayor, Harrison Township
